My name is Marco Ristuccia and I’m an Italian Computer Engineer based in Berlin (Germany). I took the degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin (Italy). Since then I worked for over 25 years in the IT field.
My career started as a Compaq employee, then in Hewlett-Packard, working as software developer, system engineer and finally as a solution architect.
Since 2009 I work as a freelance IT consultant and independent iOS developer offering services for disparate Italian and German companies, and also as an art photographer, balancing my time between those activities.
My main knowledge areas focus in Cloud Enterprise Services, Microservices and Containerisation, System Integration, DevOps for the manufacturing and telco industry.
During the many years of consulting I worked for major customers such as Telecom Italia, Fastweb, Vodafone, Autogrill, RAI, FIAT, IVECO, New Holland, the Italian Embassy in Berlin, the Italian Culture Institute in Berlin and the German Government.
